"I'd go with any other State Farm agent. I want to preface why, any other agent, by saying this review is of the agent only, Stacy, and not State Farm or the one other person working everything in the office all by herself. I have been with Stacy since like 2018 or so when we moved here. She was fine at first and normally in the office. When COVID hit, of course, office manning everywhere was sporadic at best so I can't fault anyone there. It is now 2026 and I haven't seen Stacy in the office since 2000. I was told she always works from home, leaving one person in the office to handle everything if you stop in or call. That leaves the office open 7 hours a day since it closes for lunch so the "one person" staff can have a break. On several occasions, I've been told, I'll have to email Stacy about that and a few days pass until a response comes back. I'm thinking if your name is on the door, you should be there the preponderance of the time. I've had numerous SF agents over the years and Stacy is the only one who is never in her own office. We transfered all 9 of our policys to another agent in Waterloo 2 months ago and no one even bothered to ask why. You'd think Stacy would wonder why, but I guess not."
